“梦家园”杯丹东港2014-2015中国木结构建筑设计竞赛启动以来，涌现了许多优秀的设计作品与团队，目前大赛已进入决赛阶段。其中，36个参赛作品经过层层选拔，进入到了最后一轮终审环节。加拿大木业将通过微信公众号展示这36个入围作品，发布顺序按照作品编号，不具有先后意义。该方案的场地位于山谷前的一片平地上，周围树木丛生。设计出发点为将建筑形体仿照山形设计，与背景山势呼应，通过对尺度和前后关系的控制，利用立面轮廓与结构营造出自然山体连绵不绝的形态。一汪浅水与建筑相互环绕，提亮主入口，同时辟出积极鼓励游人交流的公共广场，水面下的地下展厅通过天窗“崭露头角”，从立面上看同时是山丘剪影，与大体量主题尺度对比，相映成趣。建筑外墙以纵向木板围护。屋顶为灰色木瓦覆盖，给人淳朴亲和之感。建筑结构为一大亮点，渐变的桁架高度、倾斜角度渐变的腹杆和渐变连成相交双线的顶端交合点共同在高处营造出灵动变化的空间，予人奇妙有趣的视觉感受。建筑出入口和地下部分的入口与延伸自然顺应结构而安置，行走路径与空间感觉和谐一致。两个平行的山形大体量间通过与之垂直的一块矩形体量连接。主要公共功能空间集中于一层，开敞无隔断，以家具分区。地下另有一展厅和报告厅，只在局部办公及餐厅上方有二层娱乐空间。侧高窗、门窗以及低处横梁等的尺度把握与设计除完成了良好的被动式采光通风外，同时营造出宜人的空间感受，希望能提供给光临的游客优质的体验。
The project is located on a piece of flat land in front of the valley, surrounded with trees. The starting point of the design is to shape the building according to mountains in the background. Through the control of the scale and the anteroposterior relation, I use the facade contours and structure to build a form of rolling hills.A shallow lake and the building embrace around each other, making the main entrance conspicuous. At the same time, it creates a public square, encouraging active communication among visitors. Through the skylight, the underground exhibition space below the pool cuts a striking figure, which is in shape of hill silhouette. The large volume of the main building and the form of skylights contrast charmingly with each other. The building’s exterior walls are covered with planks arraying vertically and the roof is covered with gray shingles, both giving people the sense with pure and affinity.The building structure is a major merit. The gradient height of truss, the gradient tilt angle of ventral rod and the gradient top intersection point create flexible changes in the top space. The building entrances and the entrance and the extension of the underground exhibition adapt the building structure naturally. The walking path and space feeling are in harmony.The two large volumes parallel with each other, connected with a vertical rectangle volume. The main public function space has focused on the first floor, open, separated with furniture. Besides, a exhibition hall and a lecture hall are under the ground. Only some of the offices and the restaurant have entertainment space on the second floor. In addition to accomplishing good passive daylighting and draughts, there are some actions to create a pleasant space feeling, hoping to provide tourists quality experience, such as high side windows, low doors and windows and beams.
