About: Kendall is a second year PhD student in Sociology at Princeton University. She received her Bachelors degree in Neuroscience, Psychology, and Sociology at Vanderbilt University, where she graduated summa cum laude. As an undergraduate, she worked in Neuroscience and Psychology labs, received the Outstanding Sociology Major award, and piloted an honors thesis program. After college, Kendall worked as a research analyst for researchers at Vanderbilt and Columbia, and she is currently working on a dissertation project investigating the role of food policy and community gardens. Today, she lives in New York City, teaches undergraduate courses at Princeton, and consults for local nonprofits. In her free time, Kendall enjoys cooking, exploring New York, and traveling abroad.
