About: David will begin his first semester of medical school in the Fall of 2014. He developed a competitive nature while playing sports as a child and has translated that competitive nature into his studies and professional pursuits. While studying biology and Spanish at Virginia Tech University, he decided to independently establish a job opportunity at a rural public hospital in Costa Rica. He spent two summer months learning about global medicine and becoming fully fluent in Spanish. After excelling as an undergraduate student and researcher, he began working alongside physicians in an emergency room outside of Washington, D.C. In his free time, he enjoys tutoring students in a wide variety of subjects, including but not limited to: Spanish, mathematics, standardized test taking skills, reading & writing, as well as several other subjects.

David将于2014年秋季开始他在佛吉尼亚理工医学院的学医生涯。他在年幼运动时就已经展现出竞争天性，而后充分将其竞争性发挥在学业和专业追求中。在佛吉尼亚理工学习生物学和西班牙语时，他决定独立为哥斯达黎加的一所乡村医院服务。David利用暑期两个月时间学习全球医学，并且熟练掌握西班牙语。出色完成本科学习和研究之后，他就职于华盛顿特区郊区的一所急诊室，辅助内科医生。他业余时间喜欢辅导学生，辅导专业包括但不仅限于西班牙语、数学、标准化考试技巧、阅读&写作等等。
