““梦家园”杯丹东港2014-2015中国木结构建筑设计竞赛启动以来,涌现了许多优秀的设计作品与团队,目前大赛已进入决赛阶段。其中,36个参赛作品经过层层选拔,进入到了最后一轮终审环节。加拿大木业将通过微信公众号展示这36个入围作品,发布顺序按照作品编号,不具有先后意义。D004·折木哈尔滨工业大学木建筑研究中心设计说明本设计将大孤山的传统古建和民居建筑的元素提取出来,以折板型大屋面和红色立柱来体现建筑的地域性。折板型屋面既是传统建筑符号化的体现,又使得坐落于大孤山山脚的游客中心成为山的延续,建筑所呈现的曲折形态能够与周围环境更好的融合。建筑屋盖采用折板结构,四周以圆木立柱支撑,屋面划分为三角形格构式,既方便预制和安装,又有利于室内声学效果。室内部分为梁柱结构体系,独立设置,与主结构互不影响,方便安装和施工。 游客中心的功能除基本的接待、休息、商品销售等功能外,为服务周围基础设施,将影视厅、儿童活动、会议室、阅览室等功能也纳入其中,弥补周边功能不足。 在绿色技术方面,大屋盖坡面角度与太阳入射角相关,折线屋面增大了南向的得热面积,从而在屋顶布置了光伏板和集热器,为建筑提供热水和电能。为保证室内的自然通风顺利进行,在负压区的屋面开设天窗,也同时为室内深处提供自然光照,减少电能消耗。屋面折面低洼处自然形成排水沟,落下的雨水可对周围绿植进行灌溉,并可进行中水的回收利用。内部设置了附加阳光房,在冬季可为建筑提供一定的热能,减少供热能量消耗。建筑地面材料采用蓄热系数较大的石材,在冬季需要供热的时期,利用地源热将一层地面进行加热,并在夏季,将室内热量带走,降低空调能耗。ArchitectureThe design of the traditional elements of ancient and residential buildings Dagu Mountain extracted, with folded plate roof and big red column to reflect the regional architecture.
