“梦家园”杯丹东港2014-2015中国木结构建筑设计竞赛启动以来，涌现了许多优秀的设计作品与团队，目前大赛已进入决赛阶段。其中，36个参赛作品经过层层选拔，进入到了最后一轮终审环节。加拿大木业将通过微信公众号展示这36个入围作品，发布顺序按照作品编号，不具有先后意义。本方案以单榀门架为基本元素，在水平和竖直方向上生长延展，顺应大孤山起伏交错之态。单组门架相错，预留出门斗空间，结合绿化组织自然通风，同时又与场地周边建筑体量相协调。每组门架中，以主门架结合斜撑及主、次梁起结构作用，辅以次门架；以双层玻璃/百叶作为垂直围护，以木板结合保温层、预制钢表皮作为水平围护，同时覆以太阳能光电板，绿色节能。建筑主体部分，一层依据主次入口分别布置面向游客和附近居民的功能设施，二层为主要的体验、多媒体展示区；竖直方向生长延伸的体量屹然立于水上，通过玻璃连廊与建筑主体相接，有着良好的景观视野，是茶室及餐厅所在。以吹拔空间增加视线交流，同时组织主要流线。
The design aims to correspond with the undulating and interesting pattern of Mount Dagu,fundamentally based on the single portal frame,stretching in both horizontal and vertical directions.Each single portal frame interweaves with another so as to emerge the space of door socket.What’s more,it takes the advantage of natural ventilation and coordinate size with surrounding architectures.In each single group of portal frames,it is the primary one associated with the primary and secondary beam that plays a role in structure,which is supported by secondary ones.The vertical envelope compose of double-glazing and blinds,while the horizontal envelope compose of plank、insulating layer and prefabricated steel skin. The solar photoelectric plate is also used to be more energy-efficient.When it comes to the main body of the building, for the first floor, the organization of functional facilities for tourists and the local are based on primary and secondary entrance. The second floor is designed for media exhibition as well as entertainment.The vertically growing building ,connecting with the main body by glass corridor, is towering in water. Regarding the good view , this is where the cafeteria sets. The use of patio space makes for sight communication, at the meantime, it helps to organize the streamline.
