“梦家园”杯丹东港2014-2015中国木结构建筑设计竞赛启动以来，涌现了许多优秀的设计作品与团队，目前大赛已进入决赛阶段。其中，36个参赛作品经过层层选拔，进入到了最后一轮终审环节。加拿大木业将通过微信公众号展示这36个入围作品，发布顺序按照作品编号，不具有先后意义。方案从结构出发，因场地位于林木茂盛的大孤山下，建筑的结构采用了树状的三铰刚架结构，来呼应场地。三铰刚架“手牵着手”，支撑起了屋顶。在中部无柱大厅的位置，采用了张弦梁结构。在三铰刚架的设计上，吸收了中国古代传统的元素--卷杀。柱子自下而上收分，产生中国传统建筑中卷杀的效果。结构与地面交接处的铰节点恰似古代的柱础。为保持结构稳定性，将柱身1/3处和柱础位置用钢索拉结（三角形具有稳定性）。在节点的连接上，主要概念是用“两块木片夹一块木片”或是“两块木片夹一块钢片”，具体节点详图参见图纸。方案的平面与结构是统一的。结构将平面分成了单元式的，而单元式的平面恰好符合游客中心的问讯需求，问讯台像一个个细胞壁一样，使得游客与问讯设施充分接触。在建筑中置入了一些实的体块，对应具体的功能（门厅、卫生间、办公室、报告厅），就像海里的岛屿一样。其余部分则是游人的海洋，游人可在其中获得充分的问讯服务。
The site is located under a wooded mountain, so the structure of the visitor centre is inspired from the tree. Three-pin rigid frame, which resembles the tree, is used in my design. With the rigid frame connecting to each other, this building looks just like a wood. In the centre of the building, where there’s no pillar, the beam string structure is used to support the roof.The three-pin rigid frame is not just modern and industrialized, but also traditional. Traditional Chinese element entasis treatment“卷杀”is used in the rigid frame. The pin-connected node to the ground resembles the column base. To make the structure system stable, 1/3 to the top of the shaft is connected to the column base, using steel cable(because the triangle has relative stability).As to the node, please refer to the drawing sheet for further information.This structure is consistent with the plan. While the structure divides the space into several parts or units, it provides different kinds of information services. The design of the information desk, which resembles the cell, is also aimed at full access to information services.Several concrete boxes are placed into the structure. These solid boxes represent space which contains certain functions(washroom, administration, the lecture hall, etc). The rest of the space is like the sea, where tourists can get quite enough information.
