Speaker Bio:

Kristy is currently the Director of Talent Development at VISANOW, a tech company that helps businesses and individuals navigate the immigration process in a streamlined and transparent manner. She has over ten years of recruitment and HR experience and currently oversees Recruitment, HR, and Administrative functions while working diligently to cultivate the amazing culture at VISANOW. She has a passion for employee development and takes personal pride in seeing her teammates grow, learn, and succeed.

Prior to joining VISANOW, Kristy was the Director of Talent Acquisition and Development at Mintel, a global market research firm, where she oversaw recruitment and training for their North and South American offices. Kristy’s early career was on the agency recruitment side where she helped clients fill their Finance, Accounting, and IT vacancies.

Kristy earned her MBA from DePaul University with a focus in Leadership and Change Management, as well as Business Strategy and Decision Making. She has a BS in Finance from Indiana University.
