Launched in 2007, the International Corporate Coaching (ICC) Program is designed to develop new coaches in a highly practical, interactive and profound way. The ICC is accredited by the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC) and is ACSTH approved by the International Coach Federation (ICF). It was carefully developed to meet the standards of the WABC and the ICF.
This program is suitable to practice coaching internally or externally in Asia as well as globally.

Obtain three certifications upon successful completion of the 178-hour program including required coursework, coaching practice hours and teleclasses
Progress-U International Corporate Coaching Certificate
Ivey Executive Development Certificate
Registered Corporate Coach certificate with the WABC
Completion of the ICC program makes it possible for the participant to apply for the ICF Associate Certificated Coach (ACC) Credential through the ACSTH path (further conditions apply).
Receive a Harrison Assessments (HA) paradox report and personalized support to prepare confidently for future coaching and mentoring assignments as an internal or external coach
Learn Asia-Pacific coaching cases and practice
Acquire new credentials. Participants that complete Module 1 & 2 of the ICC and pass the final practical coaching exam are eligible to receive the Registered Corporate Coach (“RCC”) credential upon becoming WABC member.
