D118·山脚下的休憩东南大学设计说明丹东是个多元文化汇集的地区：多民族，多宗教。我试图寻找一种文化符号来表达当地传统文化、适应场地地形、使建筑更加经济节能，并且和现代艺术相结合。最后，我选择了“坡”。坡屋顶是当地民居经常采用的一种屋顶形式，在当地汉族、朝鲜族等的传统民居中都能看到这样的做法。作为老百姓的共同选择，它有巨大的实用效益。在结构设计上，两个独特的十字形双梁结构组成了建筑的主要承重体系。这样形成的剖屋顶高低起伏，从形体上能更好地呼应山势。次一级龙骨的填入形成了围护层上的菱形单元，除了适应山势还带来了另一个好处，就是可以将大木料化整为零，转化为小木料的组合。这样又产生了巨大的绿色效益。在节能设计上，在屋顶上放置光伏电池吸收利用太阳能，供应整个建筑的部分能源消耗。而双梁间的水槽能够汇集雨水，使雨水进入建筑的水循环。此外，屋顶和围护上设的外遮阳百叶可以调节叶片角度。夏季打开成一定角度遮阳，冬季可关闭达到一定的保温效果。ArchitectureDandong is a beautiful place with different cultures and religions. ‘Pitched roof’ was found by me to express this multi-cultural background and to adapt to the site.As a commonly used form of roofs, pitched roofs do a great help to daylighting, drainage and snow-sweeping. Besides, the rise and fall of roofs can indicates undulating mountains behind.As for structure design, the main weight-bearing system constitute of two special cruciate double-beam structure. Secondary beams are added to the system and create diamond units of outer envelope. The usage of diamond units better adapt to the site, as well as bringing about less usage of large timber. So long as 6-7 meters strips of wood can compose the most of the framework, which is more environmentally-friendly.When it comes to energy conservation, the pitched roof can do a great help. Solar energy is collected and utilized by photovoltaic batteries on the roof and then partly supports the whole building. What’s more, it’s very sustainable that rain can flow through double-beams, be collected in pipes under the roof and finally be a part of cleaning water.
