“

“梦家园”杯丹东港2014-2015中国木结构建筑设计竞赛启动以来，涌现了许多优秀的设计作品与团队，目前大赛已进入决赛阶段。其中，36个参赛作品经过层层选拔，进入到了最后一轮终审环节。加拿大木业将通过微信公众号展示这36个入围作品，发布顺序按照作品编号，不具有先后意义。

说明

“风有危亭月有台,平津阁畔好裴回”。建筑与环境本来就是共生的关系。环境为建筑的色彩提供温床；而建筑反过来造就了特有的锲合当地环境的人文景观。本次设计以尊重场地，尊重当地文脉为基本原则。以木结构为依托，从场地现有环境入手，旨在为场地创造一块视线互通、与周围环境和谐共处的服务空间。由木构组成的轻盈建筑形体与丹东本地自然风光形成良性对话。对于自身所承担的服务游客功能与管理使用功能和两者之间的关系进行了分区，两条主要流线组成了建筑主体功能空间。

设计方法：

方案布局结合场地来做，根据场地解决设计的首要矛盾。选取最佳景观视线，平面布局初步形成。建筑设计应当尊重当地风土人情和地域特色，地域的文脉则赋予建筑人文气息。方形拓扑设计融入了当地的“儒道释三教宇庙庄严”特色；东北侧的曲面设计与“居民言语诙谐”相呼应。同时增加了建筑空间的趣味性。

构造与节能：

木结构构成上，我们深入探讨了三向一点交叉等各种构造的可能性。在技术与节能方上，建筑采用轻木结构，双层玻璃，太阳能蓄电，雨水收集系统。在非主要结构部位采用再生木。施工木屑结合卫生间进行发酵、除味等方面的应用。绿色建筑设计阶段评价初步符合国家绿色三星的要求。

Architecture

Architecture is a symbiotic relationship with the environment. Environment provides a hotbed for the construction. Architecture, in turn, has created specific woven local environmental cultural landscape. The design is on the principles of respecting the design space and local context. We are based on timber structure, which is from the exiting environment of space，to create a view for site, in harmony with the surrounding environment, service space. Light made up of wooden architecture make a virtuous dialogue with Dandong local natural scenery. We have departed the service function and management function and the relationship between the two sides. Two main streamlines are made up of the building main body function space.

Procedures:

The plane arrangement follows the site, and solves the principal contradiction according to it as well. Selecting the best view and the layout is formed preliminary. Architectural design should respect local characteristics and local characteristics, in return, affects architectural culture. Square topology design integrate into the local "Confucianism Buddhism and Taoism temple solemn space" features. The curved surface work is in concert with "verbal humor". And it increased interest in the architectural space.

Structure and Energy Saving

We have discussed the possibility of various structures.In term of technology and energy saving, we use the light wood structure, double glazing, solar battery, rainwater collection system. In some structure parts we adopt renewable wood. Sawdust combined with toilet for fermentation. It also can diminish the taste of toilet.
