设计竞赛入围·D114林蔼漫步

“梦家园”杯丹东港2014-2015中国木结构建筑设计竞赛启动以来,涌现了许多优秀的设计作品与团队,目前大赛已进入决赛阶段。其中,36个参赛作品经过层层选拔,进入到了最后一轮终审环节。加拿大木业将通过微信公众号展示这36个入围作品,发布顺序按照作品编号,不具有先后意义。

说明
1.设计理念:本设计基地位于辽宁省丹东市。基地背靠大孤山森林公园,东临大洋河,门前201国道。丹东市境内森林资源丰富,森林覆盖率达61%,木材储蓄量2811万立方米。方案设计之初以还原基地未开发前场地原有的森林感为出发点,利用木头材料本生的自然特性,设置细密的柱子模仿森林,以此呼唤出人们对于自然的身体渴求。为呼应大孤山儒道释三教合一的文化特性,方案以一层体量水平延展,强调大山脚下建筑的庄严感。
2.空间设计:从建筑东南侧经过一条蜿蜒的木头小道,穿越细密的树林到达建筑入口。入口处细密的柱子融入树林,实现从室外向室内的朦胧的过渡。方案室内为大空间局部二层,突出建筑平面的布局自由。围绕柱子设置家具可灵活调节,因此方案增加了一个时间的维度,可根据不同雪球作出调节,如同森林可以自动回应自然。室内局部二层,以空中走廊连接,功能设置了咨询,自助咨询,观演,办公,咖啡,休息。中庭可通过坡道到达屋顶绿地。人们可以在屋顶欣赏到美丽的大孤山。
3.结构设计:建筑以三套网格系统叠加,在网格中选取节点,模拟森林感觉,看似随机,但是有内部秩序控制。5M正交网格下设置400MM的承重柱,2.5M网格平行基地对角线,1.25M网格平行矩形长轴中点对角线。在2.5M网格与1.25M网格下设置辅助支撑柱。
4.节能设计:方案利用木材保温性能良好的特性。在立面外设置可动木墙板。炎热时,墙板可自动调节以遮挡阳光并引入自然通风。在寒冷时,墙板可关闭,墙板与后面玻璃幕墙间形成空间间层,使保温性能更加良好。建筑中庭设置蓄水池,可以起到降温和雨水收集的作用。屋顶覆土种植绿化,利用泥土蓄热系数较高的特性,实现室内冬暖夏凉。
Architecture
1.Design Concept: The base of this design is located in Dandong City, Liaoning Province . The back of this base is Dagu Mountain Forest Park, the east is Dayang River and the front is 201 national highway. There are many forest resources in Dandong . The latest data show that the forest coverage rate reached 61% and the timber deposit is 28,110,000m³. The original intention of this design is to recover the feeling of forest in the former site. Basing on the natural characteristics of the wood material. we set up fine pillars imitate forest to call out people's strong desire for natural. To echo the local mixed culture, this program emphasizing the solemn sense by extending a layer horizontally.
2.Space Design: Through a meandering trail of wood and then crossing dense woods, we can reach the entrance of this building. The pillars at this entrance seemed to belong to the forest, so the the transition from outdoor to indoor is hazy. The interior is a large space with some two layers’ space, by this means, we can get a free architectural plane. By adjusting the adjustable furnitures around pillars, the users can get a time dimension. In addition , this building can be adjusted according to different snowballs as forests can automatically respond natural. Local interior floor to air corridor connecting. It has many functions ,such as consulting , self consulting, concept of speech , office , coffee , rest. And green roof can be reached by ramps. People can enjoy the beautiful Dagushan in the roof .
3.Structure design: The architecture is composed of three sets of grid systems. We selected the grid nodes and push them up to be the “forest”. The system is under a strong control with the appearance looks randomly. Under the 5M orthogonal grid is there the king tower with the diameter of 400MM. The 2.5M grid is parallel to the diagonal of the base. The 1.25M grid is parallel to the diagonal of the center point of the base. We put the 200M and 100M columns under these two grids to help the system.
4.Energy saving: With the help of the good thermal insulation properties of the wood, we used the wooden wall panel which can rotate according to the environment. When it is hot outside, the wall panel can adjust according to the sunshine to avoid the thermal radiation and get more ventilation. When it is cold outside, the wooden wall panel can close. There is an air space between the wall panel and the window so that it can work better for keeping heat. We have a reservoir in the atrium because it always rain in Dandong. The reservoir can realize the water recycling and adjust the temperature of the interior. We have roof covered with soil so that we can make the interior warm in winter and cool in summer with the help of the high coefficient of thermal storage.
