Normally, we use frequency adverbs like Always == almost 100% Usually== nearly 80% Often==about 60% Sometimes==about 40% Rarely/hardly/seldom==about 10% Never==0% Moreover, there are other useful expressions to describe the frequency of doing something. Such as: On a daily basis /On a weekly basis / On a monthly basis /On a yearly basis These four expressions can be used to describe a thing that you do everyday, every week, every month and every year. And “On a regular basis/interval” means you do something regularly. Besides these, some colloquial expressions should be born in mind. At times/ now and then/ now and again/from time to time , Which means “sometimes”. Another colloquial idiom “once in a blue moon ”is also very important, which means you do something rarely.
