Offer Control/Offer Financial Support is the SinglePoint of Contact of Finance during the offer process for complex projects. The function provides financial expertise onproject profit and loss, related project risks and cash flow analysis duringthe offer preparation until contract signature and transfer to the ProjectFinancial controllers (Offer Life Cycle stages OQM, OSM, OAM, and CTC).
