国际办公室的老师们将很多常见签证问题的解答都放在这个网上，所以大家在网上为办签证各种抓狂收集资料寻求解答的时候，一定要先去学校官网看看学校为华威新生量身定做的FAQ，接下来一段时间主页君会发一些与办签证有关的资料，今天先简单讲下存款金额。

不用读语言班的同学存够一年的学费与生活费就够，具体数字比起前些年有涨幅，一个月生活费（食宿）按1015磅算，整个一年下来，至少需要存9个月的生活费，也就是9135磅。

需要存的钱 = 学费 + 至少九个月的生活费

如果你有奖学金，确定你收到的CAS上显示出奖学金的金额，你所需要存的钱也就可以扣除奖学金的金额。

How much money do I need to show I have?

Your CAS will indicate the course fees you need to show evidence of to the Home Office. If you receive any scholarship from Warwick to cover partial course fees, your CAS will state the amount of remaining course fees after deducting the scholarship. If your scholarship pays full course fees, your CAS will show '0' as course fees.

You will also need to show a level of maintenance funds, and the amount will vary depending whether you are applying for a Tier 4 visa or a Tier 4 visa for Doctorate Extension Scheme. If you are applying for a Tier 4 visa, you will need to show you have the money for your course fees plus £1,015 for living costs for each calendar month of your course, up to a maximum of 9 months, i.e., £9135.

需要读语言班的同学如果是拿的PSE only CAS，也就是先只办语言班的签证，需要存语言班的学费加上语言班的生活费，6周的语言班按两个月生活费（1015磅*2），10周的语言班按三个月生活费（1015磅*3）来计算。

需要存的钱 = 语言班学费 + 两个月/三个月生活费

等到来到英国后，你转成了uncon offer，收到正课的CAS后，你就可以去办正课的签证了，到时候需要再提供正课的存款证明，金额参考上一段。这时候大多数同学都会选择用英国本地的银行，存够钱去打bank letter。当然你也可以依旧选择国内的银行，邮寄来英国办签证。

如果你已经向学校缴纳了一部分的学费或住宿费，学校student finance需要花一段时间确认你缴纳的费用，并将其更新在你的CAS上，所以你去办签证的时候，注意CAS上注明你已经交的费用了，这样子才能少存一些存款。

What if I have paid some money to Warwick for my tuition fees or University accommodation?

The CAS should show any payments you have made to Warwick for your course fees and/or University accommodation. You are NOT required to pay accommodation fees before you make your Tier 4 visa application, but if you decide to do so (perhaps because you are required to pay a deposit for accommodation fees), The total amount of tuition fees and up to a maximum of £1265 of accommodation payments made to the University can be deducted from the amount you need to show is available in your bank account.

It is your responsibility to ensure that any payments you have made to Warwick for course fees and accommodation are added to your CAS. The Student Finance office will do this for you and should email confirmation to you. If you have not received an email confirmation that the payment has been added to your CAS, you should assume that it has not and should contact the Student Finance team urgently to ask them to do this.
