YF Education is a fast growing education service company that works closely with universities and international students in the UK, Asia, Europe and North America. We now have a vacancy for a full-time member of staff to join our team, based in our London office.

This role is responsible for supporting the Director of the company in the effective and efficient managing relationships with our existing university partners as well as developing new partnerships with appropriate schools, colleges and universities.

You will support the development and implementation of the company's international engagement and provide advice and administrative support for the company's major partnerships. You will also facilitate and support the establishment of new partnerships in the focus areas/countries. In addition, you will line manage the team of London office.

Educated To Degree Level Or With Equivalent Experience You Will

• Have a results-oriented approach, with the drive to manage a demanding and complex portfolio of projects, delivering multiple priorities within tight deadlines

• Have tact, diplomacy and excellent self-presentation

• Have a thorough knowledge of the UK Education environment

• Have an understanding of the international education environment

• Be able to demonstrate business development experience, ideally in the education sector

• Possess excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Be hard working, enthusiastic and intelligent

• Advanced knowledge of the cultural, HE of Asia and experience of working overseas are highly desirable

• Be willing to travel when required, both nationally and internationally

The ideal candidate would also be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of Chinese
