-   To lead a team with the management to achieve personal and store goals
-   To acquire, build and maintain an active relationship
-   To be professional, approchable, knowledgeable, and gracious in all interactions
-   To strive to be customer service oriented to ensure a positive shopping experience
-   To report directly to the area manager
-   To be responsible and to manage regular stock take
-   To be responsible for the application of all sales processes in store
-   To ensure that store are well maintained and to follow company's guidelines and process

-   Minimum experience of 3 years in retail sales in the luxury or fashion field with management background
-   Experience in the Fashion or Jewelry field
-   Excellent presentation with interpersonal and communication skills
-   Ability to work in a team-driven environment
-   Experienced in managing and training a team
-   Fluent in English and a second language as French / Russian / Arabic or Chinese
-   Excellent Computer skills (PC and Mac) such as MS Office (Excel, Word)
-   To be highly organised and rigourous in all tasks
