美食大比拼，爱吃才会赢！,长春市实验中学加拿大高中微信公众号文章

在国际部张主任以国际化视野培养国际化人才的理念下，国际部应用各种先进设施对学生各项技能进行提升。2016年10月13日，长春市实验中学国际部Chad 校长组织12年级学生在国际部厨房进行了一次学生动手做饭，体验生活，感受生活的集体活动。活动过程中学生们被分为4个小组，Chad 校长全程陪伴指导。

The International Division always improves various skills of the students by using many advanced facilities. Principle Chad ofChangchun Experimental High School organized the students of G12 to cook bythemselves to experience life and practice their cooking skills to prepare fortheir foreign life. All the students were divided into four groups.

13日中午，学生就怀着满满地期待对此次活动进行了挑选食材的准备工作。在此过程中，学生细心挑选，并且根据自己组员的实际情况合理购买食材，充分培养了学生的团队意识，也提高了他们勤俭节约的传统美德。

Some of students went to Metro to buy foodmaterials by the accompany of the teacher. They all selected their foodscarefully and this helped them to work together and know how to save money.

下午Chad校长对12年级进行了指导，并提出此次活动过程中最主要的是注意安全。

In the afternoon, Principle Chad guided G12how to cook and told them to pay attention to the security.

16点20分学生们集体上楼，来到了长春市实验中学国际部厨房。刚到厨房，学生们就纷纷拿出自己的食材进行准备加工。整个活动过程中学生非常积极，并且互帮互助。这次活动激发了学生对未来独立生活的向往和期待。食材做好之后学生们细心摆盘，欣赏自己的劳动成果。在品尝自己成果的过程中，部分同学更是拿起自己的饮料，为自己辛苦而来的劳动成果干杯。

All the students went upstairs to preparefor their big meal at 16:20. They were very excited and active. Some of thestudents chopped the potatoes and carrots, some fried potato chips. They allhad their own work to prepare. This activity stimulates students’ expectationsto live independently.

此次活动锻炼了学生的动手能力，培养了学生的独立意识和团结精神，更是让学生对未来的生活有了更大的憧憬。希望同学们可以怀揣这份对未来的期待，走向自己理想的大学。

The activity really means a lot for thestudents who are going to abroad. I hope all the students could go to theirdesired university after one year.
