You will be joining our fantastic sales team, assisting our Account Managers with our D2D sales operations. A big part of this role includes interacting with our clients via phone, email and live chat, and building on our already industry-leading reputation. We are a team-centric organisation with strong internal support networks and personalized development plans to suit your skill set.

-   Answering customers' questions via live-chat, email and phone

-   Assisting the sales team, ensuring a positive customer experience

-   Helping the team reach targets using social media marketing to students across the country

-   Researching topics and sectors for academic consultants

-   Outstanding written English skills

-   Proficient use of Microsoft Office

-   Positive demeanour and great phone skills

-   Experience with Chinese social media platforms

-   An understanding of higher education is essential

-   Minimum - UK Bachelors Degree

-   Adobe Cloud experience is a huge plus (though not required)

-   You must be able to work well in a team

-   Knowledge of Mandarin

-   Job starts 26.10.16

-   Full-time position of 40+ hours per week

-   £22,000 per annum salary + GREAT bonus package
