-   Work as part of the acceleration team reporting directly to one of the Partners, to source, and evaluate deals as well as contribute to portfolio management

-   Conduct due diligence on start-up companies and build financial forecasts in the context of the China market conditions

-   Build expertise in areas of interest within technology sectors (e.g. fintech, health care, AI, etc)

-   Work with the portfolio management team to assist startups with their China market expansion, including China supply chain, government relations, liaison with regulatory bodies

-   Represent the company at industry events

-   Fluent in English and Mandarin

-   Knowledge of the conceptual soundness of valuation engines and its suitability for capturing risks in investments

-   Experience in the technology sector in China and solid understanding of the Chinese economy

-   Understanding of the technology ecosystem in the UK

-   Degree from a top university, excellent academic record and strong analytical skills

-   Knowledge of accounting and auditing

-   Great interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to establish and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, partners and colleagues

-   Self-starter, self-motivated, ambitious attitude

-   Social media marketing experience preferable
