With a proven track record the SMM will identify opportunities for growth and engage customers across various membership and play levels and proactively sell the Crown brand, location and offering (events, player programs). The SMM will strengthen sales and service delivery collaboratively with GM Sales and Marketing, local and overseas sales teams. The SMM will have a sound understanding of the broader commercial strategy and will manage spend on customers effectively.

Integral to Crown Aspinalls business, the SMM will have ongoing engagement with customers and develop strong commercial relationships. This requires an extensive knowledge and understanding of customer needs and preferences to ensure service is tailored and valuable. The SMM will participate in events and promotional activities, manage player programs and impact player visitation, level of play and return on investment for the Company.

Internally, the SMM will be a team player, communicate regularly with relevant stakeholders on all service related matters and proactively build and develop the experience of others
