T.M. Lewin is expanding its online presence in China and across global marketplaces, as such we have created a brand new opportunity for a Chinese/Mandarin speaking International Online Coordinator to support this development.
The post holder will co-ordinate with our TMall Trading Partner (and interface with TMall where required) on trading activity, promotional planning, co-ordinating and operational feedback required for the running of the TM Lewin shop/site. The Chinese social media platforms for TM Lewin will also need monitoring and KPI’s reviewed with the Trading Partner.
T.M. Lewin is also launching and trading on marketplaces (e.g. Amazon and EBay). This role will be a point of contact for our partner, who optimises and manages the marketplaces for TM Lewin, for any operational requirements
Social Media
· This role is responsible for social media platforms (Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/TMall, etc.) including sending out content design, modification and selection.
·Provide creative ideas for various social media promotions. Coordinate with design team to ensure the content fit the brand marketing strategy
Marketing
· Prepare and promote original press releases and send out promotional information in timely fashion
·Participate in planning, publicity and promotional activities
·Collect information to analyse TMall marketing
Operations and Logistics
·Responsible of the day-to-day management of TMall operations and logistics processes, working closely with the rest of the International Team.
·Marketplaces day-to-day contact for Rich Insight
Our ‘perfect fit’
Our ideal applicant will be fluent in Chinese/Mandarin and possess a good understanding of Chinese social media platforms, you will also ensure requirements are shared with the UK social media team.
This would be an ideal opportunity for a Graduate that has a passion for social media, retail and marketing. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are essential. This would be an ideal time for an ambitious and driven individual to join a rapidly evolving team and play a significant part in helping TM Lewin to expand our global reach.
