Dolce &Gabbana is looking for experienced and ambitious Sales Assistants for our flagship store in central London.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell products by identifying our local and international customers’ needs
- Advise the customers on the entire line of Dolce&Gabbana products
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers
- Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines
- Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge
Key Skills And Experience
- Fluent in English and other languages are considered a plus (Arabic, Mandarin and Russian mainly)
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in luxury retail
- Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques, passionate, empathetic, approachable
- Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team player
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as a team, manage time and prioritize tasks
- Proven work ethic with utmost integrity
- A strong desire to excel and succeed
- Self-awareness, with a desire for constant self-improvement (goal–oriented)
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Outgoing, energetic, upbeat and fun!
