Partner Manager will be responsible for onboarding, enabling and ensuring the success of Clicktale Solution Partners who sell and service the Clicktale Experience Cloud. Responsibilities will focus on meeting revenue targets via channel partner relationships in a given region. Other contributions will include the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development, rollout and management of the region’s partner strategy. The Partner Manager must possess solid relationship management experience, sales and consulting experience and applicable technical product expertise.
Key Responsibilities
·Meet revenue quota targets via partnerships
·Overall accountability for business relationships with Clicktale Solution Partners (identification, engagement, negotiation, implementation and management)
·Train and support partners on Clicktale products
·Manage partners according to the Clicktale partner program
·Up-to-date understanding of Clicktale’s market and eco-system
·Provide high-quality and timely services to partner community
·Prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environment
·Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive clarity within a constantly evolving environment
·Ownership of miscellaneous projects as needed
Requirements
·At least 5 years of experience as a sales executive, channel sales executive, project manager or technical account manager in enterprise software (especially enterprise SaaS)
·Proven experience in customer or partner-facing role with technology organization
·Proven experience managing multiple customers/partners/projects simultaneously
·Demonstrated ability to evaluate the value exchange of business relationships, present resulting recommendations and negotiate a deal
·Strong analytical and problem solving skills, high level of professionalism, strong attention to detail and self-motivation
·Excellent English (verbal and written) communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
·The ability to work well in a dynamic, cross-functional, global, team-focused environment
·Bachelor’s Degree in Business, a related field or equivalent experience
Advantages

·Experience working in partner management functions
·Experience working in a SaaS-based tech company
·Fluency in language other than English (especially Japanese, Chinese, Portuguese, or Spanish)
