Client Liaison

·Handling of all day-to-day client communications; pivotal contact between client and Hot Pot Digital production team (Digital Strategists/Social Media Managers)

·Overall responsibility for client satisfaction on each account

·Digesting and understanding of client’s commercial considerations, development of internal briefs to digital production team

·Leading presentation of project, campaign and concept pitches to clients, responsibility for securing sign-off

·Leading presentation of monthly performance reports to clients

·Overall responsibility for managing timelines and ensuring projects are delivered to deadlines

·Monitoring of account performance vs client KPIs, responsibility for account meeting KPIs

·Acting as cultural consultant for clients: helping key client stakeholders to understand the challenges, opportunities and nuances of building a brand in modern China

Business Development

·Identifying and presenting new business opportunities: new industry sectors, services or additional revenue streams

·Sourcing, preparing and supporting new business pitches with potential clients within the UK and Europe

·Identifying upselling opportunities with existing clients

·Maintaining and updating new business CRM tools

·Active contribution of content and concepts to Hot Pot Digital marketing channels: blog, Twitter, LinkedIn

Strategy

·Client satisfaction analysis, creation of roadmaps for maintaining/improving satisfaction levels over lifetime of contract

·Active contribution to creative concept brainstorming together with Digital Strategy team

·Ensuring all creative and campaign concepts are in line with client commercial goals

·Input into project management procedures, supporting increased efficiency between internal teams and client stakeholders

Requirements

·Fluent Mandarin speaker, with native-level reading skills

·Native/fluent English speaker

·2 years’ experience in-house or at an established branding, digital or PR agency

·Deep understanding of Chinese culture, with an emphasis on trends in modern mainland China

·Well-versed in China digital platforms and trends, particularly WeChat and Weibo

·Experience of pitching strategy, content and creative concepts to clients

·Superb presentation ability and highly refined communication skills

·Entrepreneurial attitude, ability to define tasks and manage own schedule to meet tight deadlines

·Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to digest, understand and deliver on client briefs

·Excellent skills on Mac and all basic Office programs
