Are you a natural when it comes to looking after customers? 

We are looking for exceptional Waiters/Waitresses and Hosts/Hostesses to join our front of house team in one of our 14 own-bought restaurants. 

Harrods' restaurants are located within the store and attract customers all year round for special occasions as well as for a quick bite to eat and escape from the retail frenzy. 

As a part of our front of house team, your customers will trust your food expertise and menu knowledge, while expecting an exceptional service. Attentive to details, you will be able to spot opportunities to assist your guests and work alongside the back of house team to ensure a smooth service from start to finish.

Additional language skills are highly desirable for this role. Whether it’s Arabic, Mandarin, or Italian, we are always keen to cater to our international clientele.

Please note that these are permanent roles. The contracts are 16h flexible which means that you will work a minimum of 16h per week but will be required to work full time hours when the business requires.
