• Work with the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences Director of Education to deliver a range of projects linked to NSS, Student Engagement and Assessment and Feedback 

• To lead on behalf of the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences Director of Education the development of new initiatives related to educational engagement 

• To deliver student engagement and student enhancement activities demonstrating an expert understanding of the academic experience of students from diverse backgrounds and the particular issues they face. 

• Carry out administrative tasks related directly to the delivery of teaching and College feedback processes 

• To analyse and provide statistically robust reports on data held on tableau and elsewhere. 

• To write reports and action plans relating to educational enhancement activities 

• Academic support to students 

• Support on pedagogical development to staff 

• Recent Degree in a STEM discipline at 2:1 or above 

• Ability to analyse information (including statistics) and communicate effectively. 

• Ability to access and organise resources successfully. 

• Report writing skills. 

• Proficiency in Mandarin
