·Day by day management of operations, monitor performances

·Investigate local markets and local players. This will include analysis of the proposition of our key competitors, understanding the gaps, insight into price competitiveness etc.

·Work closely with all the company functions to execute sale or marketing initiatives. The role may require daily relation with other departments (e.g. Marketing, Content, Visual Merchandising and Insight Analysts)

·Be a member of cross functional teams to support management of international projects

·Native level or fluent English + one or more of the following languages: Arabic, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Mandarin or Polish

·Interest in fashion retailing (online and offline) and/or marketplaces

·Previous exposure to eCommerce/or Digital Marketing will be a plus

·Detail-oriented and analytical. You are a project manager at heart - Excel and PPT have no secrets

·Pro-active, creative and innovative - ready to present new ideas, with a strong bias for action

·Capable to work in a fast moving and ever changing context, able to deal with ambiguity
