长春市实验中学国际部于11月6日中午12点半，准时在一楼报告厅举行了第四次学生大会，全体国际部师生参会。本次大会由学生会主席张琴主持。
On November 6th, all of the students and teachers gathered in the studio room at 12:30 for the fourth Students’ Meeting. The meeting started just on time and all students were behaving well. Kylin was the host for the meeting and it was divided into five parts.
首先，部办主管Bree总结了十月份学生会纳新事宜及万圣节活动情况。学生会纳新的分数占比为:10%的职务申请表格，70%面试情况，和20%教师综合评估。同学们经过层层选拨，进入到了自己向往的职务。在祝贺他们的同时，也希望他们不负众望，在学习的同时，也做好自己的工作。万圣节活动总体来说也是非常成功，学生们积极参加，有自我装扮秀和娱乐活动，其中同学们最喜欢互动环节的是抢凳子。万圣节活动不仅让同学们了解到西方的传统节日，也让外教们在异国他乡过了一个不一样的万圣节。
The first part was about concluding recruitment of Student Union in October by Bree. She mentioned the process of the recruitment. The point of each person is divided into three sections: 10 percent for application table, 70 percent for interview and 20 percent for teacher’s comment. Bree also summarized that the Halloween party was extremely successful and she hopes that we could make it more interesting next year.
紧接着，教学主管Angie对于国际部好声音比赛事宜进行公示。今年会附加英语配音的表演。25位候选人分成4个小组，4位导师将会选出其中的12人参加决赛。
The second part was basically about the upcoming event--- The Voice Of International Division. Dubbing was added in the year. 25 students were involved in the audition and 12 of them were in the semi-final.
其次，加方校长Chad阐述了学生在校的安全问题以及本周四周五新斯科舍省教育官的检查。他希望学生在校可以约束自己的行为，不违反校规校纪，懂得感恩、尊重。同时，要关注自己的成绩，努力学习提高自己的学分。同样也希望全体师生能以良好的精神面貌迎接NS省的检察官。Nico老师为Chad校长做了翻译。
The third part was the speech from Chad. He concluded problems we are having and he wanted student to be safe in school. He also said that there is an really important event coming on this Thursday. The inspectors from Nova Scotia were coming to check our school and he wants student to behave well. Nico translates for him.
接下来，由主任助理Selene来进行教务处总结。详细介绍了学生档案，包括成绩回报卡、总督奖和伊丽莎白女王奖、滑铁卢数学竞赛成绩及证书、在校活动证书、雅思成绩及在校违纪单。为学生进行了详细的阐述。同时，也提醒学生，时刻不忘学习，丰富自己的档案，为高三做好准备。
The fourth part was about Selene’s speech. She simply explained the report card in detail for the students and students file for the three years.
最后，国际部张毛毛主任进行大会的总结。她说明了学校的校规校纪，并提醒学生，如果不要触犯学校的条例。同时，也给与全体学生学习方法的指导和建议，详细地了解并知晓外教的课堂要求和评分标准，这样才能在学到知识的同时，取得高分。
Finally, Director May concluded the entire meeting and she strongly mentioned about the consequences of fighting in school. Student could be sent out of school or canceling the offer. The second point is she said that it is really important that grade 12 student should follow teacher’s evaluation standard, so that you can achieve your success and get high marks.
