•Support privacy by design and ensure appropriate privacy controls are in place for our products, systems and applications

•Help the DPO in implementing the day to day running of privacy governance and management framework, which included but not limited to:

oData protection impact assessments, threshold assessments and following up on remediation plan

oData subject requests

oData breach notification

•Support our front-line teams and potential customers with queries on privacy and other compliance matters.

•Assist in contract negotiations on data processing agreements

•Ad hoc advice and assistance on privacy projects, and be a liaison to internal stakeholders.

•Work with stakeholders to help maintain records of processing

•Conducting privacy audits, which involve liaising with business functions and technology peers

•Build relationships with industrial associations, regulators and partners

•Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.

•7+ years of experience in a related compliance role

•CIPP certification a plus

•Familiarity with international privacy regulation landscape

•Familiarity with privacy risk assessment and best practices, privacy certifications/seals

•Familiarity with information security standards and certifications a plus

•Industry-specific compliance/regulatory experience, with experience working in cloud/technology industry a plus

•Experience working in a very fast-paced, results-oriented environment

•Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on complex technical and legal issues across national boundaries and cultures

•Experience liaising with regulators a plus

•Hands-on-ability to both lead and execute deliverables

•Adequate self-awareness and confidence to knowledge gaps and seek to fill them from reliable sources

•Strong work ethics, and operate on a strong desire to exceed expectations

•A strong track record of project delivery for large, cross-functional, projects

•Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast paced environment with multiple priorities

•Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent communication with peers and non-technical stakeholders

•Global travel required

•Fluency in the reading and writing of both English and Mandarin Chinese
