We’re looking for an exceptional Mandarin speaking Personal Shopping Coordinator to join our high profile BY APPOINTMENT team.

Assisting both Personal Shoppers and Private Client Managers, you will support with completing administrative tasks such as necessary documentation and paperwork, returning stock to the shop floor and completing expenses, in order to maintain the upkeep of the business.

Discreet and professional, you will confidently meet and greet clients, always aiming to provide outstanding customer service. You must also be confident, resilient, and able to hold your own in a sometimes challenging environment.

Organised and accurate, you will be the first point of contact for any administration requests from the wider team. Working with efficiency and pace, you will manage and prioritise work load, consistently maintaining the highest possible standards when working to tight deadlines.

Drawing on your excellent trend, product and store knowledge, you will be the first point of contact for any client’s needs, whether this is the purchase of an add-on item, or a question regarding the product.

As you will be liaising with both clients and the shop floor team, excellent communication skills and an engaging personal manner are vital to succeed in this role.
