With high motivation and energy, you will be required to:
Provide day-to-day support to Marketing and PR Manager towards the execution of direct to consumer marketing activities of Tourism Australia. This will involve coordination with media buying and creative agencies to ensure launch of TA’s campaigns as per set timelines, across digital, print, television, and outdoor media, by working closely with the media buying and creative agencies
Assist in the co-ordination of all other marketing activities including Public Relation/International Media Hosting Program (IMHPs) and broadcast projects, by working closely with the PR agency and celebrities/key opinion leaders/influencers. This will include managing travel for IMHPs, broadcast projects, working with the PR agency for visit plans, development of itineraries and relevant reporting
Coordinate the approval process between the TA regional/global offices, and partners, incl. STOs
Maintain all marketing resource materials, including copies of advertisements, TVCs, videos, promotion materials, trade collaterals and publications for various research (CAE, CDP), presentations, and saving the same on SharePoint
Support Business Development Manager to execute KDP and Airline coop marketing activities to ensure media placement or marketing activities take place as per agreements
Support the Digital Manager to ensure maintenance of up to date accurate information on aus.cn, content management, featuring partner (KDP/Airline) offers, etc.
Assist the Campaign Manager in maintaining PR & Marketing budget and be responsible for all contracts and budget management
Quarterly review of campaigns and website by using Adobe analytics and give relevant feedback to Marketing team
To deliver on the above, your resume will demonstrate the following:
Highly developed Chinese and English language skills (reading/writing and oral/aural)
Minimum 1-2 years working experience in a progressive marketing environment
General business administration and experience in executing marketing campaigns, including digital and content
Working knowledge of MS Office
Good technical skills to work on software and interpret data
Basic understanding of traditional/digital media and creative development process
Proven administration skills with a high standard of organisational and planning skills
The icing on the cake (desired) but not essential:
Travel and Tourism/Hospitality experience
