卡斯商学院 (Cass BusinessSchool) 成立于1966年，是伦敦城市大学的一部分。在2001年获得卡斯爵士基金会(The Sir John Cass Foundation)资助后，学院由城市大学商学院(City University Business School) 正式更名为约翰·卡斯爵士商学院(The Sir John Cass Business School)。

学院坐落于英国伦敦金融城中心，英国女王伊丽莎白二世于2003特别为学院位于Bunhill Row的新校址揭幕。此外，学院还在伦敦金融城Aldersgate街与阿联酋迪拜设有EMBA项目中心。

伦敦城市大学创建于1894年，是英国一所多学科综合性大学，也许伦敦城市大学没有很大名气，但是一提起赫赫有名的卡斯商学院，欧洲乃至世界无人不晓。卡斯商学院在国际上享有非常高的声誉，并且在欧洲金融业的中心伦敦金融城久负盛名。
